  • Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to feel confident in the service you receive at Hair Therapy.

    At the completion of your appointment, you will be asked to confirm whether you are satisfied with your service and results.

    If you have any concerns after leaving the salon, you must contact Hair Therapy within 7 days of your original appointment. Any approved adjustments must also be completed in the salon within that 7-day period and will be limited to the scope of the service agreed upon during your original consultation.

    Hair Therapy does not issue refunds for completed services. We require the opportunity to assess your hair and, when appropriate, make a reasonable adjustment within the 7-day window.

    Requests made after 7 days, changes of mind, or requests outside the originally agreed-upon service may require a new appointment and additional charges.

    If your hair is altered by another salon, stylist, or individual before Hair Therapy has the opportunity to assess and address your concern, we cannot provide a complimentary adjustment.
